Liked: Lovely friendly staff
Disliked: Having to pay for car parking We had 2 cars and it added to the cost of the hotel by £20 a night. If we had one car it would have stop added £10 a night which defeats the purpose of finding somewhere cheap as it just added to the cost

Liked: Clean bathroom
Disliked: Atleast a kettle with coffee and cheaper parking. 10£ for booked customers parking is not clear at booking stage.

Liked: A good breakfast and staff were more than helpful
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard

Disliked: Window not stopping all the traffic noise, remote for tv not working, extra £10 to park

Disliked: Put us in disability room with no tv and lock on toilet door, felt like a hospital

Disliked: The room key stopped working 3 times in a row, i was frustrated i had to keep going to reception to get this sorted, even when the staff tried sorting it out the room key was not working, the staff had to use their master key to open the door

Super price and nice rooms,...

Liked: Clean, enough space, enough comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Priced very well.
Disliked: We arrived after 12 pm making impossible to check in with the automatic check in machine. Had contact via WhatsApp to get the room. It would be preferable that information about be shared beforehand.
