Liked: The staff was nice . The room service was the best thing in the hotel .
Disliked: The coridore in the 1st floor was very smelly all the period I stayed there .No wardrobe. No telephone in the room for any emergency issue . No kattel in the room . The idea of going down to reception to bring hot water to drink coffee or tea is very strange . No fridge . The breakfast was fair but with no wide variety . I don't think I will book it again

Liked: Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast and easy check in. The location is not too far from the station, but it is a dark walk and slightly inconvenient over a small bridge either side.
Disliked: The room had clearly been smoked in and stunk all night. When asked, staff had some air freshner under their desk and came to spritz the room straight away - but it soon returned to the smell, and given they were so prepared makes me wonder if they are so used to this...

Liked: The beds were comfy. Rooms tidy and clean.
Disliked: Don't agree with having to pay parking. Stayed 2 nights and it wad £10 pn. I only slept there and my car didn't stay so why was the parking so expensive. Coat me £20 on arrival for 2 nights.Room was facing traffic so majority of the time all you could hear was sirens which sometimes disturbed us.
