Liked: Receptionist Jassam was nice.. So were the other staff..
Disliked: The room was freezing, the water in the shower was not hot enough, barely lukewarm. The breakfast could have been much better, there were no eggs. For the money we paid, we could have had better facilities next door. The air conditioner made a rattling sound all night(room 152),mak8ng it almost impossible to sleep. I put in a request for a kettle in the room, and I received an email to confirm that it will be done, at no extra cost at that, but when we got there we were told they don't have any.
