Disliked: Bathroom was not particularly pleasant especially first thing in the morning - a musty smell of drainage.

Liked: reception staff were good, the place lacked management presence. one side of the family room was not ready, staff seemed a bit lost. Fire alarm went off and took ages to be silenced, according to staff someone was smoking in the room.
Disliked: check in is from 12h, we arrived later than that and the room was not ready.
