Simple and short stay

Liked: Very good for a short stay. We only booked to spend the night after an event in Leuven so no need for other hotel amenities.
Disliked: Bed was comfy, but Room was not equipped. No toiletries, nor coffee or tea. Super basic, although sometimes that's all one needs.

Great location, very basic.

Liked: Superb location, cleaning staff were lovely but clearly don’t have enough time to service the rooms properly.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner and no kettle in the room.

Liked: Location and it was clean.
Disliked: I accidentally double booked and booking.com charged me 100 euro for no show.I stayed there all the days that I booked from November 5th to 14th and I paid in cash. I already emailed booking.com and also talked to the manager at the Ibis hotel. They told me they will refund me. I still haven’t gotten the money.

Hot and stuffy room with...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location and very clean.
Disliked: There was no control over the heating in our room and the window was locked. I asked to have the heating turned down but was informed by staff that they couldn’t control individual rooms. I asked to have my window opened and was told I wasn’t allowed to have it open. I asked to move rooms and was told that I could t move rooms. A massive negative for this hotel and our trip to Brussels. The staff appeared not to really care or be bothered
