Disliked: The room was too hot despite turning heating down . Had to open window which meant increased traffic noise

I was not satisfied, I...

Liked: Nothing, the room was too small, the lights on the stairs goes off at night, I’ve stayed two nights, my room was not cleaned and towels was not replaced or changed, bed was not made, I had to travel two floors to get a hot drink, I’ve paid in advance full and twice now they’re trying to take another £55 out of my account without my knowledge, the price they were charging is absolutely outrageous compared with other hotels as they don’t even have a bath nor a kettle for hot water not even a drinking cup.
Disliked: The rooms are too small, only one lift, the lights on the stairs goes off at night
