Liked: nothing
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel at 11:20 at night, the hotel employee tried to prevent us from checking in. He sent the information for 1 room online but did not send the information for the other room. He sent 2 of the 3 rooms even though I asked again. He said that the check-in time was over and he could not help us. Then we argued about the fact that it was not late yet. The hotel was reached through a very deserted street after getting off the train. The rooms were not clean. I did not like it at all.

Liked: Great Hospitality warm welcome by reception and very helpful.
Disliked: Sink was in room and very small

Adequate, my room was spotless.

Liked: Breakfast was ok but poorly laid out as were the seating arrangements
Disliked: Breakfast the seating arrangements and the parking was really overcrowded

Cheap room, value for money.

Liked: Standard hotel breakfast. Fresh, nothing special.
Disliked: Some noisy guests on the corridor, banging doors..

Staff is good, the location...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. It is too close the city center by train.
Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet, shower and sink were all seperate and they were not comportable for two people.

Bad

Liked: Car park was free, made it easy to leave
Disliked: We arrived at the location to find the staff arguing with another couple, then after 45 minutes of fighting with the till/computer system managed to check them in. Our check-in was simple but still took 15 minutes. We then went to the room and were greeted with an awful smell of sewerage. The whole room stank, even after airing it out for 10 minutes with the windows open. We went to complain to the staff but they said we could not cancel and only do a room change. Fine. We saw another room which was somehow worse than the first as this was unclean AND smelt of sewerage. Obviously we no longer wanted to stay so asked for a refund. We were told many reasons this couldn't happen including 1. They had a new system 2. No refunds ever 3. Suddenly he forgot how to speak English and only the manager (who wasn't in) could deal with this problem and 4. The room was fine so. I went off whilst he was arguing with another member of staff and found a few other guests. I spoke with three and they all said their rooms stank! Following this checked the guest toilets which the mens, womens and disabled all smelt as well! We're still trying to resolve the issue and get our money back! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THE IBIS ACROSS THE ROAD IS 5€ MORE EXPENSIVE BUT DOESN'T SMELL OF SEWERAGE.
