Overall, a good value for...

Liked: I’d say this accommodation offers great value for money. It provided everything we needed for a short and comfortable stay. The room is quite small, but it’s well-equipped and very functional. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The rooms are also surprisingly soundproof — we stayed in a room directly opposite the elevator, and we were never disturbed by any noise. Everything was spotless and clean. The location is great, just a short walk (about 20 minutes) from the bus station and close to the city center.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi signal was very poor during our stay — it essentially didn’t work at all, so we ended up using mobile data instead (our room was on the first floor, just above the reception, so we expected better signal). The heating via AC was functional but not very powerful, and it took quite a while to warm up the room to a comfortable temperature. Our window also seemed to be broken, as we couldn’t open it even a few centimeters to let in some fresh air — this could be uncomfortable during warmer weather when you need ventilation. Additionally, there were no sockets near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient.
