Adequate but overpriced

Liked: Close to hospital. Visiting Mother who had an accident Xmas eve
Disliked: The price! Outrageous for what it was. A walk up 2 flights of stairs to a tiny room, no toiletries, adequate bed, shower floods floor of bathroom.

Liked: Convenient. Easy to find. Staff were polite. Room was clean.
Disliked: We were allocated a room for disabled people, therefore bathroom shower floor got very wet as no edge to keep water in shower area.Fridge not cold enough and could not adjust temp to make it cooler. No tea spoons only wooden sticks.

Liked: millions of mozzies in the breakfast area, tables were not clean after Guests left, noise echoes at nights unable to have good rests. Bathroom mirror broken not fixed. 3 cockroaches found in the room. please replace cooler with proper Mini fridge! i’ve never stayed in any accomodation anywhere in the world where cooler in the room instead of mini fridge! Bed lightings need to fix i. and turn upward not downward too glares when lying down!
Disliked: 1-noise echoes at nights2- put proper mini fridge in the rooms not cooler!3-staff did not put new toilet papers & only half used toilet roll left which should be NEW roll. This is considered utterly unacceptable by international standard!
