Excellent staff and location

Liked: Excellent location and friendly staff. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Room was a bit small and we were not always given three towels after the room was cleaned.

Liked: The staff were very helpful. The room was basic but had everything I needed for a night’s stay. Very clean bedroom and good lighting.
Disliked: Could hear noise throughout the corridor.

Nice and clean as expected

Liked: It is the second time I stay here. It is really at a walking distance from the terminal (which is why I rebooked it).I did not try the breakfast as I thought it would have been offered at the workshop I was attending.It did not seem to be so interesting (while walking by the people who were having it).

Disliked: Had question about transport/directions from airport and staff did not answer phone despite calling 8 times. Further staff was rude when checking in and ignoring my frustration with lack of communication
