Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small and not enough space. The shower water pressure was really poor and there was no staff to ask about it

Liked: Price, location, cleanliness and reasonably comfortable beds.
Disliked: The lack of space to move around - I am elderly and struggled to not lose my balance. The worst thing was the "boat-like" bathroom which had a wide and deep obstruction at the doorway which I did trip over. It was not just a step up- it had to be stepped over. There was also no shelf for toiletries and no shower curtain - the bath mat got soaked before I had even stepped on it. There was also no lift. I had specifically requested a ground floor room but was given an upstairs one; however, the helpful receptionist changed the room for me, otherwise I would have been struggling to climb the stairs.

I just needed a bed...

Liked: Nothing about the property but the staff is so nice n friendly specially the hijab lady she so nice and the cleaners
Disliked: So bad and smells the room so bad the bathroom n everything was no good
