Location was fine. Close to food 24 hours and around the corner from the service station. Bathroom was terrible like being on a small ship. Sink was in the bedroom, separate from the bathroom. No elevator.

Liked: Close to fast food and petrol station.
Disliked: The bathroom was terrible. It was like being on a ferry over to Tasmania. The sink in the bedroom area was not ideal, the air conditioning was not easy to control. When checking in the staff member didn't even say welcome - no eye contact.

disapointing

Liked: I have used this facility on several occassions in the past
Disliked: I was discusted to find that each day was charged at full rate however the room only gets serviced after 3 days. the cream of selling a motel room is the fact that prospective customers dont get a change of sheets a service should only take 10 mins to tidy put in clean towels and pull up the bed.A full clean would require the bed stripped new sheets evn hired the have a cost element the towels changed and all other facilities changed Tea Coffee Milk etc the all of which come at a cost. You charge the same rate as a new prospective customer & having charged the full rate you skimp on the service to save 10 mins staff time. Most business rely on word of mouth about the facilities and service to continue to receive repeat business YOU on the other hand believe its not worth looking after existing customers

It suited my needs as...

Liked: Location was great. It was close to where I was working and there were plenty of food options around the hotel.
Disliked: Since my last visit, the hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC. A fresh coat of paint, just a general update would have improved the feel of the place.

Liked: Beds were comfy. For the price, it was good value.
Disliked: The shower and toilet are really small, with a big step to get into it
