Liked: Location is great. Very central. It is situated in a very nice avenue with tram stops, restaurants and a shopping mall just down the street.

Liked: The hotel located in front of the tram station that took us to main station. Also it was in the center of the old town, so we could walk to the Zwinger. The bed was comfortable and the room is big.

Liked: Just the location. Otherwise, everything else is terrible!
Disliked: In short: Terrible. The room looked like it was going to fall apart at any moment. It was an "all-in-one" environment, meaning you sleep, eat, shit and shower in the same place. The room smelled bad and was noisy. We went with our son and the bed they had available was high up, and there was a sign that said: "Recommended for ages 6 and older." But he is 5 years old and this was stated at the time of booking. To make matters worse, there was no support from the hotel or from Booking to help me cancel my stay. We were forced to stay until the next day, so I simply had to book another one, taking the loss! I have been traveling to many places for years and have stayed in dozens of hotels. I have never experienced this! My ratings are excellent. Do not book at this hotel!
