A Great stay at Ibis...

Liked: After a long drive we were greeted at the hotel with polite and friendly staff,we asked for a accessible room and we got one,it was clean and comfortable it was close to the reception,the bed was comfortable and linen was clean, and the hotel had a happy hour which was a first for us excellent part there.The breakfast choice was very good and the selection of breakfast items were good,a bit unsure about the coffee machine.Overall a great and pleasant stay at this hotel

Liked: We enjoyed another very comfortable stay at the Ibis budget hotel in Derby.The location is very convenient, the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.The hotel offers a delicious breakfast!A budget hotel which offers good value for money!

Location was good, stay was...

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Had requested a ground floor room as had dogs. Was given 1st floor room. Reception messed up my booking so banged on my room door resulting in 3 upset dogs for the duration of the stay. Complained to reception about other dogs howling in another room for hours but nothing was done about it. Was charged £10 per dog per night when previously only paid for the dogs once for the duration of the stay.
