Disappointing

Liked: Staff is good,friendly but my room is dirty.the kettle was dirty,toilet is dirty and the room is bad smells.need to more cleaning.

Liked: Owner was just hanging around 10 minutes before having to check out to make sure we were to check out by certain time. It reached 5 mins before and he came inside As we were coming getting stuff together and he says "o yeah, you packing up and left and still made sure I had my stuff outside the door by 10:00am

Liked: There was an open milk carton in the fridge.Bunk bed doesn’t had the fitted sheet.Pillows too soft that it felt like nothing.Aircon took 2 hours to start and when it did, had too loud noise.
