Bad

Liked: Online the photos were deceiving, upon arrival i was unhappy with the facilities and the room.
Disliked: The heater didnt work. The photos didnt appear as they were.

Very good

Liked: Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable. Easy access to the room, my initial room was on the 2nd floor, which I was unable to access, so I got a disabled access room. It wasn't what I was expecting, but is good for its purpose.
Disliked: The lighting wasn't fantastic, but was suitable. No storage in the room. The tv was very small, and very dark. I was unable to make it any better by adjusting the brightness. But still it was watchable.

Disappointing

Liked: It's horrible and run down.
Disliked: Noisey and the shower and toilet is something you would get in a public toilet block.
