Disliked: There was no remote for the TV so it wasn't possible to watch anything. The room was more basic and smaller than I was expecting.

Poor service and dirty room

Liked: Bed was confortable.
Disliked: We booked a room for 3, 2 adults and 1 child. The child bed wasn’t even done, we had to put the sheet etc . On the mattress there were pubic hairs, just disgusting. We have asked in reception to make the bed and they say that it is not their job.There was a very strong smell of smoke like someone was smoking in a room near us. No elevator. Parking very dark.
