Tiny room, miserable staff, don't...

Liked: The room was so small, there was no lift and I recently had a hip replacement so it was difficult getting up the stairs especially with animals with us. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom and there was little room to sleep with the animals with us. We arrived late and were tired and in the morning went to enquire to see if we could pay for breakfast and the staff made us feel like we were being difficult, stating it was late notice and she was not sure she would have enough food, but took our money anyway!
Disliked: Better sized room, better facilities, better staff and a lift

Great stopover with food and...

Liked: Close to motorway. Access to Novotel next door meant we could have food and drink on our doorstep.
Disliked: Couldn’t get the aircon/heater to operate
