Convenient but spooky

Liked: The hotel has everything you need to spend a night before/after a flight. There are pre-cooked meals at the reception. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Somebody started knocking on my door loudly and insistently at around 12:45am at night. We woke up scared and my boyfriend asked who it was. We did not get an answer but the knocking continued, when he finally opened the door, just 3 secs after hearing another knock, there was nobody at the corridor. We did not hear another door closing, the elevator leaving or somebody walking up/down the stairs

Disliked: It was not clean, absolutely. And I waiting for a manager about 15-20 minutes, he just sitting in his room and didn’t hear that someone is coming.

Liked: Close to airport. However we had to move to another hotel to do an online meeting because a) there was a building site on the other side of our room, with building sounds and people playing music very loud b) the internet didn’t work at all and we got no help from staff
Disliked: Poor service. In addition to the above, there was no sound on TV. Though we stayed in the hotel for proximity to airport, our move to the other hotel, and a rental of a room to use the internet and a taxi back to the airport, cost us €76. I was left very unhappy with the service.
