Overall Good
Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, we found it odd that we had to request the hair drier at the reception, but we kind of understand the reason. The breakfast buffet was nice and valued the money. The staff wasn't very much friendly, upon arrival we dealt with a receptionist a bit rude in my opinion (I've been a receptionist too), but thankfully after a few minutes, another receptionist approached us, and she's been great explaining us the reason why the room wasn't ready yet (which I didn't expect seeing the time we arrived), and why we could not do the check-in, in a very friendly and approachable way. We loved her. Overall, the stay was nice, and I will come back if I ever be in Amsterdam again.

Great break away for a...
Liked: Loved the location, and the fact there was a car park. Room was well sized, with towels and bedding . Breakfast was great choice ( although we were stopped and questioned as not on the list the first day) Downside was no wardrobe and hangers on wall limited not ideal if you have items that need to be hung, no kettle in room thought a complimentary bottle of water would of been a good idea to go with the glasses. Did find hairs in the shower upon arrival.

Functional budget hotel
Liked: Location is good if you don't mind being not RIGHT in the city centre. Tram takes about 30mins to city centre and tram stop is very close. The room we were in had 3 beds and pretty much nothing else (see photo). So you must be prepared to cosy up if you're with friends. The window doesn't open so no fresh air in the room either. No hairdryer in the room but we could borrow one against a deposit. No cupboard / wardrobe in the room, just hangers. On the positive, cheap compared to city centre hotels very clean and daily room service. Truly budget.

Liked: I requested a change to a three-person room, but I was told there was no availability. As a result, one of my friends couldn't attend because we couldn't find a room for them. I asked for suggestions to resolve this issue, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the room, I found a third bed in it, which was disappointing. Although they provided a free breakfast, that doesn't compensate for the poor customer service I experienced, especially since my friend couldn't join us. Additionally, the room was not clean; there were dirty walls and corners on the floor.
