Liked: Excellent location and value for money. In the very centre of Aachen.
Disliked: Nothing.

If you would like to...

Liked: Room is very clean, hot shower, heater in the room worked very well. Nothing is wrong with the room quality.
Disliked: unfriendly staff, we had quite a heavy backpack and would like to leave it before we walked around the town, the staff just said: come back at 3 pm when it opened and we could not help you with your luggage. It is just not type of hospitality that we would like to hear from a hotel. At least give us suggestion where to go or even if we have to be charged for this, at least any solution.

Liked: This hotel is very standard as every Ibis Budget. So, it is good to know what to expect. The hotel is very close to a very big bus stop.
Disliked: It is not exactly in the city center and the only way to reach there is walking for more than 1km. Not that bad.
