Convenient location and very good...

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was completely fine. Good facilities at the hotel (Ibis Kitchen and bar etc). WiFi connection is essential and worked well. AirCon within the room means guests can control the temperature.
Disliked: Check in process needs to be speeded up, as it takes time and a queue of guests builds up. Rooms will need a refurbishment in the future, though currently adequate.

A lot of noise late...

Liked: Staff was kind and efficient.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise in the adjacent room, even at a late hour of the night. There was also a lot of noise outside the hotel, with people shouting and laughing. It was difficult to find a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Drivers refused to take me there on the ground the trip was short.

Disliked: Taxi in the morning took 60minutes to arrive. The room was humid and noisy from neighbor and the bar. Shampoo and body soap was chemical flavor. Nothing to blame the hotel staff but just not my taste and too expensive for the room I got.

Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, the heating did not work, the restaurant was closed (even though we booked a bed and breakfast), and the height of dissatisfaction was the presence of insects in the room.
