Liked: Everything was exceptional, the food, location and helpfulness of all the staff. We were given a map of the town showing all the worthwhile sites, also it was in English. So very helpful for us seeing the important attractions in the town.
Disliked: Leaving after such a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely wonderful so there wasn't anything not to like

Liked: Restaurant manager in the evening was friendly and efficient, as was the morning receptionist. They let us put our bikes in a room so they weren't left on the car overnight.
Disliked: We booked a room with a double and a single bed as we do not sleep well in the same bed. When we arrived we were given a room with just a double bed and told that it was assumed that as we were a couple and we didn't need the single bed - very weird, we could have been just friends, or brother and sister? We were offered a different room with two single beds, but I wasn't happy with that as I am tall and prefer a double. So, we were offered a pull-out child's bed which was assembled by the receptionist, who was clearly not a happy bunny! She said we should have been more specific about our requirements when booking - but if you book a double + single, you expect a double + single and not have the hotel presume you are sleeping together. Added to that, the room was rather tacky and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly, which made privacy difficult. It didn't even have a handle on the outside.
