Liked: Staff pleasant and good breakfast
Disliked: Approach had potholes , 2soap dispensers in bathrooms not working and sink plug . Our room looked out on illegal travellers site not pleasant at all

Not the best considering there...
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The strong smell of sewage in reception was awful. Someone mentioned this in a review in Feb 2024 - it must be an ongoing problem . The bedroom was tiny - there was no space available to open your suitcase other than on the bed. Not a fan of carpets in hotel bedrooms and this one didn’t look particularly clean.

Fine for one night but...
Liked: Reception staff very friendly. For one night it's passable.
Disliked: Rooms were small for 3 people. Dated carpets and bathrooms. Strange smells. Overpriced.

Liked: The restaurant was fine, good food at a fair price
Disliked: The room. The AC was poor, the room was dark and small and smelt stale and not particularly clean.

Worse “IBIS” in the world!
Liked: When I left!
Disliked: Worse Ibis I saw in my life. Arrogant night receptionist, he doubled charged two different credit cards stating that one of my card was not working!He refused to take payment from my debit card, this goes against their information on booking.com where it’s clearly stated that they accept visa and Mastercards flags and the customer pick the payment method.This is the first Ibis requiring “deposits”, more than 30 years traveling around the world! The receptionist told that the customers are stealing food from the restaurant, then everyone should be punished with deposits in a bad Ibis hotel??? Change your policies at the restaurant and charged people over there, like all the others Ibis in the world. The air conditioning was not working in AUGUST!!!! That’s a shame , even because there is an information in the Booking. com about A/C available at this hotel!Toilet with poor cleaning and shower “dropping” water!!During the check out I noticed that the bill was charged in card that the “arrogant” receptionist told me it was not working during check in , then he charged a second credit card.The receptionist refused to refund the money from the second card.This hotel has the Ibis flag, but they don’t have the Ibis atmosphere or environment!!
