Disliked: Very small room, port hole style window, too high to see out of and lower section useless unless lying on floor! Really disappointing, especially for a 4 night stay.

Liked: The hotel is alright, room was like every Ibis hotel and that’s fine.Area to pass by on the way to town isn’t great. Best take the tram
Disliked: pity there was a noisy group the front desk didn’t get to calm until 2 in the morning.

Good value for money hotel....

Liked: Good central location. Helpful staff. Nice spacious room. Handy having 1x double and 1x single bed in room.Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good

Liked: The facilities are nice and comfortable and there is parking for cars. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice of food. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful with information about where and what to see. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the river is just across. It is located near the train station and close to tram stops too, so moving around is easy and by tram to the city centre is a 10 minutes ride where you have a wide choice of restaurants, eateries and wineries.
Disliked: The neighbourhood looked a bit neglected but the hotel is nice.

Liked: Very convenient in regards Gare St Jean.Excellent value. Clean. Nice rooms.
