Not the cleanest place to...

Liked: Good quality price, considering the location - there is a tram directly to the airport. The bed was not comfortable. We had a room with 2 beds and they were very thin. The dishes, mugs and the cutlery were very dirty. Every day we had to pick the clean ones and it was a difficult task. When we complained, they not even said they were sorry. We had other guests coming to us saying “yes, they are all dirty”. Horrible.

Liked: It was amazing, everywhere was so clean, staff were so kind and helpful, room was well equipped except mini refrigerator. Parking slots were wide enough so it was easy to park.

Nice place to stay

Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to the tram stop and lots of restaurants and pubs Parking is in an underground car park and has a height restriction. I was travelling in a van and didn’t know this when I booked. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Did book through booking.com

Liked: Perfect location, close to the city center but not too close so you’re not in the middle of the chaos.The center is reachable by walking distance or with the tram, as there’s just a stop close by.Room was ok, everything you need is there.Good breakfast full of different choices.

Liked: The location is great, conveniently close to public transport. The room is spacious, with a wardrobe, elevator access, and it’s pet-friendly, which was a big plus. There’s also a large Carrefour market right next to the property that doesn’t appear on the maps and is open until 8 PM — super convenient for groceries.
Disliked: The worst part of my stay was the included breakfast. The food was poorly prepared and lacked variety. The eggs and sausages were undercooked, and there were no vegetables offered, leaving very few options for vegetarians. It seemed like only one person was handling the entire breakfast service, so most of the time guests had to ask her for missing items. At one point, there was no bread, no yogurt, no forks or knives, no plant-based milk, no water, no mugs, and no juice. The receptionist tried to help, but then guests checking out were left unattended — some even left their room cards on the counter and walked out. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast experience at all.

Liked: The hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (15-20 min). The room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and is served from early morning, which is a real plus for early risers. The staff is extremely efficient and so welcoming making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day
