Perfect hotel to get to and from the LG Arena - couldn't have been easier. Hotel fresh and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice too - lot's of variety.

Great service and fantastic location...

Liked: Comfortable bed. Staff were great and swiftly dealt with an issue with the room not having been properly cleaned and moved us to another room.
Disliked: Checked in and room was not clean - dirty towels in bathroom, bins full etc. Advised reception and they moved us to another room and gave us free drinks vouchers by way of apology.

Overpriced Stay Undermined by Faulty...

Liked: Location well located for the NEC and Airport.
Disliked: For the high price of the room, I expected a better experience. The card readers for the elevator were unreliable and really need fixing. The room layout — the bathroom is an afterthought, a big step up to it and that made it feel more like a temporary pod than a proper bathroom. Breakfast was underwhelming, both in quality and in the chaotic organisation of the service area.
