Perfect hotel to get to and from the LG Arena - couldn't have been easier. Hotel fresh and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice too - lot's of variety.

Liked: All in all, a lovely hotel.

Disliked: Our first room the heater was not working so the room waa cold the lady at the reception was great she went out looking for warm room 7th floor no room,went to 8th floor nothing then finally at 1st floor.she was great with a smile and apologising that was the night of 26/01/25 she is great keep up
