overpriced.

Liked: Location is convenient.
Disliked: Parking is horrible, and they won't tell others to have some decency about it. I arrived and a group of cars were poorly parked and I had to leave mine in a very bad spot outside. Staff have not been trained to be pleasant.

Passable

Liked: the breakfast, the smile of the staff
Disliked: Booking with booking.com doesn't allow me to have the room before 2pm instead of that i was allowed to choose while cheking in. which is not convenient...the staff was friendly but not enough to avoid from waiting (top many delays on checkin, waiting for the room 'cause cleaning wasn't over, eating...)

Great value for money

Liked: Great location for a night if getting the ferry from bilbou. comfy hotel, friendly staff.breakfast was OK but had to ask for things to be replenished. empty plates, juices etc. lots of lovely coffee though
Disliked: breakfast could have been better but excellent for the price
