Disappointing stay....

Disliked: - Staff- Breakfast- Shower- No robe or decent towels

Good

Liked: The hotel was very close to the tram station so it was very convenient to go to the city centre. It was also within walking distance of Migros so it was very easy for us to get groceries. There is also luggage storage services.
Disliked: When we reach the hotel, apparently the room assigned in booking.com was too small and there was an error in our booking. The staff told us that they also don't know why this can happen. Nevertheless, we got our room. Also, the toilet is very small and after bathing, you need to aerate it if not it will smell.

Ok hotel on a pinch,...

Liked: Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All speak some English, and even Spanish, which surprised me for the location.
Disliked: Rooms are the standardized Ibis layout and facilities: the same from the south of Argentina to the north of Norway, but beds were rather uncomfortable, only two small (!) pillows were provided and the breakfast is an absolute ripoff. 19 CHF for a very poor buffet but this Ibis in particular is leaning heavily on not having any good options nearby. Still robbery though.
