Liked: One of the closest hotels you can get to Hub27, which is a 15 minute walk away. Not much going on in the area otherwise.Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet.
Disliked: I had the heating on max all the time I was in the room but it was never truly warm (I was there in December), so I had to sleep with jumpers on top of my pyjamas. I do like to be warm though, so probably not an issue for most people who don't feel the cold.Just info for other travellers, no reflection upon the hotel at all: there are no decent restaurants nearby, nor cafes. Well, there is one cafe within walking distance, but I don't think they serve tourists as they pretend not to understand your German or your English (even when you try your very best to say the German words and literally point to items on the menu, they still act like they have no idea what you want), and they only take cash payments. I couldn't even get them to serve me a coffee. You will therefore find yourself having to travel more into the centre of town for dinner, and if you're at the conference centre, you'll have to pay their rip-off prices for lunch because there's just nothing in the area you can go to instead. There is a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away but I couldn't find anything like sandwiches there, so stocked up on bananas and cereal bars!
