Poor

Disliked: We had to change rooms. The first room was unbearably hot. The replacement room was marginally better. Bear in mind the external temperature was 5 degrees and so the heating was at fault. We turned it off but the room took a long time to cool. We could not leave the window open as the street noise was too great for sleeping.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Nice quiet, very clean, great shower, nice residents lounge to use in the evenings
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great so we chose after the first day to go out for breakfast
