This was our first stay in an Ibis but it will deffo not be our last - so convenient; very clean; attentive staff; easy to check in and out; nice one - highly recommended.

Disliked: The front door opening it’s very cold in reception. The bar only had one glass of white wine available then ran out.

Liked: Comfortable, clean room, plenty of space, good temperature, central location. Staff always polite & friendly.
Disliked: Hand towel is never provided in bathrooms. Would prefer to have one.

Liked: Very central for the bus and trains, and amazing that the Christmas market was just at the top of the road. Central for shops and you were never stuck for places for food. Lovely view of the harbour from the corridor on our room floor and lovely view of the marine museum from our room

Liked: Location was perfect, right in the city centre and staff were super friendly from reception to cleaning staff. They were all super smiley and helpful.
Disliked: There was a smell in main reception and hall. Almost like dampness, maybe carpets needed a clean. At first thought it was just a one off but every time we went out and came back the smell remained.
