This was our first stay in an Ibis but it will deffo not be our last - so convenient; very clean; attentive staff; easy to check in and out; nice one - highly recommended.

Disliked: The hotel doesn't have its own parking. You can use the NCP carpark next door and it will cost £12 for an overnight stay.

Disliked: The absence of hot water. Access to a a hot shower is a fundamental requirement of any hotel. On my evening arrival the water was tepid or warm at best. Staff were unable to resolve the issue, which, on a Friday evening, I would accept could be difficult to address. The problem persisted to the next morning so my only option was to have a wash in the sink. I requested staff log my disappointment at the issue. I emailed Ibis re the circumstances 4 days ago and to date haven’t received a response. In short: poor customer service!
