Perfect location, quiet place

Liked: Perfect location not far from Hbf and the top attractions of Aachen.Quiet and peaceful place where we could sleep well (a good rest after almost sleepless nights in Ukraine).
Disliked: As I travelled with my sister, I booked a twin room with 2 single beds. When we arrived, two beds were put together. We moved one bed from another as far a room size allowed, but a cleaning lady/man put them together again and again. Why?

Lovely location and great stay!

Liked: Second time here. Love the location, service and amenities.
Disliked: The restaurant is very, very basic. But the food is nice

Simple clean hotel in Aachen

Liked: The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was better than expected.
Disliked: The reception team were not very friendly or welcoming, they didn’t confirm that breakfast was included or details of breakfast, they didn’t advise that the restaurant was not available on the 23 Dec due to staff party and that there was a very limited bar snack option. The room we were allocated was on the top floor furthest away and in the roof eves which was cramped with a dog (which we paid extra for)no hand towels or kettle, fridge provided.
