Liked: Great hotel, but you can hear everything from the hallway. Very loud. Also, it is impossible to contact the hotel.via phone or email before your arrival. Their phone # is from Mexico, left them several messages and sent them emails, but nobody ever got back to me.

Liked: Not a bad hotel. Convenient location: everything is close and not noisy. The hotel has a restaurant. Polite staff. Strong audibility in the rooms. There are only two umbrellas at the pool, it would not hurt to fix the situation. We asked in advance about early check-in, but we were told that they can help with this only on the day of check-in. We arrived 3 hours before check-in, we were told that the room is ready, but they will check us in only for an additional fee. This is the first time I encounter this on South Beach.
