Poor
Liked: The breakfast was good and the service was as well. the staff was very kind at all times.
Disliked: i initially stayed at the iberostar on 20th (complicate location to find in google map), and the room they gave me on the first floor was right next to the reception, where I could hear everything and couldn't rest. They they moved me to another hotel the next day, but it took a long time to sort out the issue, and i wasn't able to rest after such a long trip. the gentleman at the reception was very kind and tried to help me, but in the end, i didn't like the hotel.

Double Resort Fee Charged and...
Disliked: Frustrating Experience: Double Resort Fee Charged and No ResolutionI had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I won't be returning. Upon arrival, I was charged for the hotel stay, a resort fee, and a $300 refundable deposit. Everything seemed fine initially. However, when checking out, I was told the $300 deposit would be refunded within a few days.A few days later, I noticed the refund was much lower than expected and realized that the resort fee had been deducted from it. I contacted Booking.com for assistance, and they advised me to send proof of payment, which I did by sharing a screenshot from my Monzo app clearly showing that I was charged twice. Instead of processing the refund, Booking.com asked for a full bank statement to verify the charges. I explained that I use an online Monzo account and wasn’t sure how to provide that kind of statement, but no one at Booking.com was willing to help further.I reached out to Ian at Booking.com and asked if they could contact the hotel directly, as it should be easy for them to check the booking and charges to confirm the double charge. However, he stated that they couldn’t assist unless they received the full bank statement.While the amount is small, it's about the principle. I paid the fee, was promised a refund, and now I’m stuck jumping through unnecessary hoops. It’s been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want to deal with stressful and poor customer service.

Fun enjoyable stay.
Liked: Amazing breakfast, pancakes were delicious. Great location and helpful staff.
Disliked: Only downside was difficulty managing the AC, it had only on and off function and looks like it was centrally managed so we couldn’t set the temperature to our liking.

Liked: Overall it was a good experience. Very clean hotel and rooms, same with the pool..
Disliked: There is a definite need for a lamp in bedrooms (quite dark).Water system is very bad! It takes about 15 minutes of running and wasting water before it gets hot, once that happens there is no way of controlling water temperature. There should be more information given about the beach access. You only get towels and sun loungers, umbrella is 22 dollars. Lastly but pretty important, I guess was the fact that it was impossible to communicate with the hotel via booking com chat, I got no response when trying to get in touch with the hotel pre-arrival.
