Disliked: Hotel was not capable of handling a large tour group. Pretty miserable experience checking into the hotel. The wait was an enormous amount of time. Check out was also difficult. This caused ratings to slip.

Liked: Room, view, location, staff, and rooftop coctails were wonderful.
Disliked: Water service for rooms was questionnable. They said it was safe. Both my wife and myself became ill for several days. We are not positive it was the "purified" water in the hotel.However, we only drank bottled water everywhere else and we avoided salads, which are washed in water.

Liked: The location was Good.Concierge man very efficient - most efficient and friendly staff member on site.
Disliked: 1) the lifts - slow and small2) The rooftop bar staff - the blonde guy had a terrible attitude, so many seats reserved for hours in advance in the shade with many reservations not turning up, instead we sat in the sun. 3) Requested a late checkout/extension, Front desk man said he couldn't assist. I offered and was willing to pay for the late checkout. He said I would have to wait until the next day. I then asked if it was because they were fully booked the next day, and he replied that they were. That was untrue as when I returned to the room, the inventory for the following day was listed and I could have simply booked another room online. Went to see the female staff the following morning and she granted an extension for another 85 Euro (direct)4) A lot of staff hanging around doing a lot of nothing on the ground level of entry. A female and male more interested in having their lunch and scrolling on their phones... Think they were in charge of directing traffic to the roof top bar5) Decor was lack lustre. So much yellow lighting, very dull and a great missed opportunity6) Smoking area closed too early om the 2nd floor
