Liked: The beds were perfect hard, clean and soft bedsheets. The room even had it's own yoga mate.
Disliked: Missed the possibility to open the windows to get more fresh air.

Liked: Its location is excellent , very clean and quiet
Disliked: The spa is down a basement which just doesn’t feel like a spa at all . There are no changing rooms and you go straight into the treatment. The treatment itself was fab but the spa leaves a bit to be desired especially the entrance past the gym. I would expect more ‘wow’ for a five star hotel.

Disliked: Room 1812The shower drain had no flow.Cracked sink.The door that divides the room is broken.The carpet in the bedroom is dirty (a shoe print).I requested separate beds and they were together. The bathroom ventilation is not working.The air conditioning in the living room is very noisy.
