Liked: Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was not very satisfying. Despite staying in the Imperial Suite as a group of five, only one bottle of water was provided in the room, which was quite disappointing. The complimentary items, such as coffee and tea, were very limited and were never replenished throughout our stay. When we asked for additional water, we were told there would be an extra charge, which was unexpected for a suite of this level. Room cleaning was also below expectations. Overall, we believe there is room for improvement, especially in terms of hospitality and guest comfort.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful building. A fantastic room with the loveliest balcony. Good breakfast. The hotel has a michelin starred restaurant on premises so I'm sure you can have a good dinner there too.
Disliked: Could have been less pricey but that's just the market.

The hotel was a disappointment....

Liked: Rooms were very mediocre. First room I got was without windows (at a rate of 220 Euros!). Second room was better (as it was an upgrade), but nowhere near the (premium) category that it should have been. Bed was comfy, but room was dark and depressing, no adequate lighting, no adequate closets for storage, warm water in the shower was very limited so the shower was either cold or not strong. Check out times were too early (11am). Ridiculous perfume everywhere in the hotel lobby - disgusting smell. I’d choose a different hotel with better quality and a lower price next time.
