Liked: The cleanliness, design and fantastic dining options! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable...down to the night manager! He was amazing...loved everything..oh the wi-fi is perfect!
Disliked: Having to leave so soon...perfect stay!

Liked: Great location, room was small but nice and clean. Comfortable bed, and the bathroom was ok.
Disliked: There are major works on the road of the hotel. There was a noise the whole night and the works started with more noice at 7:30am. This was not disclosed at the moment of the booking and the staff did not say anything about it.

Liked: Location , facilities , restaurant , coffee Eden , breakfast in a “theatrical” setting . Nice situated between the historical centre and the central railway station , all in a walking distance .
Disliked: Nothing

Central hotel, lovely design and...

Liked: Central location, lovely design, excellent customer service, very comfortable beds. I had requested a quiet room, and unfortunately we were woken up at 6.30am on the first morning due to noise from staff handling trolleys outside our bedroom door, but the duty manager at breakfast was very professional and offered to change our room. We were upgraded to a suite. The hotel's location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the historic centre and 10 minutes away from the station. I would definitely recommend this hotel - we stayed for 3 nights.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was not great, but this was a minor issue.
