I really like the Imperial....

Liked: Room, breakfast.
Disliked: I had requested decaffeinated tea and coffee (I have a heart condition) and received a reply that there would be both. Housekeeping told me they did not have decaff tea. Which then meant I had no tea for breakfast.

Disliked: It was Very noisy, the huge hotel fan motors were right outside the bedroom window so it was hard to sleep..

Liked: Since i was a little girl i wanted to stay in the Imperial. Pleased to say it didn’t disappoint. Location and view amazing staff all helpful friendly breakfast buffet plenty of choice
Disliked: This isn’t a bad thing but very warm in the hotel the November month i was there however air con in rooms.
