Good hotel, good location, good...

Liked: We had a spacy room, it was comfortable. Staff was attentive and professional. We paid for parking and they charged our car at night at no extra cost
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Excellent service from the stuff especially the concierge and the front desk!
Disliked: I ate at the restaurant and ordered the cheese soup and Schnitzel. The soup was excellent but the Scnitzel was not as it smelled strong and I was not able to cut it with my knife as it was so tough. I returned it and ordered the big ravioli which was good. I was charged half of the Schnitzel as the chef mentioned that the Scnitzel was ok

Liked: Lovely location, staff were so lovely couldn’t do more for you!!! Brought be a little treat for my birthday to my room! Mini bar is free which is great! Lovely hotel inside, decor lovely. Short walk across from the old town over the bridge, lovely relaxing and quiet area.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better, I found all the pastry’s and bread very hard, like it had been out for ages. Also pillows in room have no stuffing in them, big floppy pillows, need to be more firm they are uncomfortable.
