Disliked: The pillows on the bed were horrible—they were extremely flat and felt low-quality. After our first night, we requested firmer pillows, and while they provided neck roll pillows instead (not ideal), they were a definite improvement over the original.

Liked: My stay at **HYPERION Hotel Hamburg** was exceptional! The room was clean and well-organized, with an incredibly comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect, close to major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to all my needs with a smile. I’m grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg!
Disliked: Given that **HYPERION Hotel Hamburg** is a five-star hotel, I was expecting a few additional amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bathroom slippers, which were unfortunately missing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location is very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but a few small additions would make the experience even better.
