Liked: The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is excellent.
Disliked: The window in the room was not working properly and did not close. It was cold and noisy all night. I felt like I was sleeping on the street. Even though I notified the reception, I did not receive a response.

Great hotel for a family...

Liked: Complimentary mini bar that is restocked every day.Very quiet. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of food. Cheese, eggs, juice, smoothie,… gluten free bread on request.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator working. Staying at the sixth floor is quite a trip.

Excellent find

Liked: Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast range of food available, gluten free cornflakes and rice cakes available too and gluten free options in the rest if the offering too. Kids loved the pancakes. Loved the free mini bar and executive lounge with free drinks and food.

Liked: Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and love it. Very high standard (German standards) Staff, cleanliness, service etc
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing

Liked: The room was simply dirty. The bedsheets and the carpet were stained, the bathroom covered in mold. WiFi in the room was not usable. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors, we needed to use the service elevator. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
