Liked: We loved the hotel itself, smells very nice when you first walk in. The staff were very helpful and check in was quick. The room was lovely, large bed and immaculate clean bathroom. The minibar was stocked daily with 2 beers, 2 cola 2 Fanta and 2 waters. We also had a tassimo coffee machine with pods stocked daily and kettle for tea.
Disliked: The location was slightly away from the landmarks but that didn’t matter as there was a U Bahn 3 mins walk away and the transport is so good in Berlin you can get around so easy.

Disliked: The staff is unfortunately always a problem in this hotel. We come back every year due to logistical reasons ans we hope everytime to find a different team and approach (considering we always come back here!) but it is always a problem

Excellent stay

Liked: Reception staff were great, we arrived early so they asked the cleaners to do our room first and let us use the Lounge while we waited. Gave us their largest suite as we had 3 kids, room was lovely and kids lived the included mini bar. Food in the lounge could be better but large drinks selection which the kids loved. A really great hotel
