The place to sat in...

Liked: Great location, close to public transport, shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and engaging and I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff were good + helpful, particularly the person on Reception when I arrived in the middle of the night following dreadful travel. I think his name was Yan + should be given a raise!
Disliked: Accessing the restaurant, early closing, I did not get a chance to eat.Hidden charges for using the pool

Liked: Great location between railway station and city center. Clean facility.
Disliked: We were not informed that they charge for use of the pool.

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: The promises fast internet in the executive rooms but unfortunately very slow and no solution. The pool is super cold, no hot water in the showers, and the steam cabin didn’t work. On arrival at the pool, we had to call reception to activate the sauna, which took more than an hour to heat up. Breakfast not included and cost us €21.50, and the breakfast was very basic. Much smarter to eat around the area and definitely cheaper. Parking is an extra €25; to use the pool, it’s an additional €8.00 per person. At the end, a lot of extra costs….
