Good experience overall

Liked: Very good location, tasty breakfast, comfortable room.
Disliked: I waited 5 minutes to enter the parking lot because the staff was busy talking to each other. Accessing reception is slightly counterintuitive.

Disappointing

Disliked: My room was donwgraded to a lower category, and they did not offer a reduction of the price. I was informed so late, that i was not even able to find an alternative hotel.

Central location, good sized rooms.

Liked: Great location, spacious room, clean, nice staff
Disliked: You pay extra to use the pool/sports facilities. Sports facilities are pretty dilapidated - e.g. rowing machine has missing display and it doesn't work
