No reason to stay anywhere...
Liked: Tried a neighboring hotel and was extremely disappointed so I checked out early to return to the Hyland. They accommodate a very early check in need for my handicap mother. Only disappointment was room very tight for her walker. Hard to navigate the small space filled with chairs and extra bed. I will never stay anywhere else when in town visiting family.

Small but clean and modern...
Liked: The location was convenient, on a main road with a cafe across the street. It seemed family-owned (Indian) and they were pleasant. The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was a bit small. In the evening, they speak to you through a glass window. Hmm, Brea seemed like a nice, safe area. Perhaps that is standard in that area in the evening.
