Disliked: I booked a room at the Hyland in Long beach thinking it was the same owner and it was a nightmare. Still haven’t received my refund and was threatened by the front desk clerk Ben Parker. Was able to book the Hyland in Pasadena lifesaver and our stay was Amazing.

Liked: I liked all the lights in the parking lot. We could see our car from the room made us feel safe while sleeping.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t have hair conditioner to shower.

Liked: Clean good location hardwood floors
Disliked: Mandatory room clean after 3 days. They woke me up 3 days in a row. The manager decided to knock at 9 am and when I asked if I could wait later, his response was they're here now and ready. No care or apologies for waking us up. Horrible Horrible customer service! Never will I return. I've never heard of any mandatory room service. Most locations are grateful that we don't get room service often.
