Liked: The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy would of liked a couple of more pillows.
Disliked: The noise from the other guests at all hours of the day and night.

Disliked: The shower pressure sucks, it's like a dripping tap. Needs to be looked at for the price per night. The rooms echo quite a lot and you can hear the neighbors so maybe more sound proofing.

Liked: Location is close to shops, spa bath was a win, shower great,room was clean and staff friendly, wifi and smart tv good
Disliked: Quite noisy but then there was a big event on in Hamilton while we were there so probably due to that also wish there was a seating outdoor area in my room my sister got a little area outside hers which was great for fresh air

Liked: Lovely staff, clean and well located, great to have laundry facilities to do washing and loved the kitchenette in the room with everything you need to cook and eat with microwave and cooktop
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated but no complaints for the price
