Liked: We had a pleasant stay. It’s clean and quiet. Also, very well located. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, shops and even a Trader’s Joe & Target if you need a quick grocery run.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Excellent location. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping.Customer service was top notch.The view from our wrap around balcony was beautiful.Bed was very comfortable.Rooftop bar/restaurant served sushi and drinks. Bartenders were very attentive. Sushi was awesome!
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Liked: Great location. Hotel appears new and trendy
Disliked: Smelled really bad like old Mildew and pets. We were charged $50 extra per day to check in to the room early the room was not very clean Appeared to have white residue on table in line shapes like someone was snorting lines of a substance off the table. We had just gotten off a cruise and we’re exhausted. It was hard getting that room early so we didn’t wanna complain because we were so tired and just sucked it up. I luckily had a jar of disinfectant wipes with me and wipe down the whole room. Had the room been clean and smelled better would have been an excellent stay. The smell was so strong we stayed out of the room as much as possible.

Excellent Team at front desk....

Liked: There was no breakfast service offered. A welcoming and informative Team at the front desk suggested we take in the local cafes for coffee and breakfast. The variety of choices are just steps away.
Disliked: The need for a resort fee... I booked two rooms - one for friends traveling internationally and one for myself.Given there is no restaurant open all day, and no pool, all our activities were all outside the hotel. So we just used the elevator. So what is the resort fee for?

I loved the location and...

Liked: I liked the lobby, room set up and bath amenities.
Disliked: The floor in my room was strange. The floor structure curved upward which was most unusual. It felt like this hotel may have been a previous structue. The frame of the former structure had to have some anomalies because the floor foundation was not squared up.I also didn't like the fact that the mini bar didn't have any tonic water in it and the variety of snacks was not healthy.

Nice location but they fail...

Liked: Location was very convenient. Design of the room and lobby was nice. Room was spacious.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the bed and the linens was disgusting. There were grains of rice stuck in the bed, one pillowcase had many dark stains, headboard wasn't clean, and the bedcovers were torn. I took the pillow down to the front desk and the staff and management did nothing. After checking out, I found out that I was incorrectly over-billed for the mini bar - again the staff's initial response was subpar. This place needs to get the details right instead of hiding behind the pretty design of the space. It's unacceptable at any price point, let alone the ones they try to charge.
