Bed bugs and cold shower

Disliked: Bed bugs in our first room. In the second room there where no hot (or even warm!) water in the shower.

Fantastic loaction with an awesome...

Liked: Location was perfect and the breakfast was super delicious and was definitely a highlight to start the day, location was super, with close proximity to Hyde Park and all major London attractions. Super well recommended and I will be back again.

Great 2 nights in London

Liked: The hotel was great: great and gentle staff, amazing and abundant breakfast: sweet and salt. Comfortable beds. Value for money: the best in the area in my opinion. Free drinkable water was very useful. Near the hotel the wonderful Hyde park, metro station and bus stop.
Disliked: Wi-Fi doesn't worked. Bathroom little (but you don't have to dance inside it, so I think it is not a problem).

We had a great stay

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and functional room. Location: 5 minute walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park.
Disliked: N/A - we would definitely stay here again.

Close to transport & shops....

Liked: It’s so close to Paddington & the shops. The breakfast was yummy & a great bonus. Highly recommend. My room was small but that didn’t worry me. This is excellent budget accommodation.

Disgusting room, will not be...

Liked: Was incredibly disappointed! Arrived and right away the hotel (including the room! Did not looks no where as good as the photos) got to our room and it was disgusting. There was other peoples hair on the bed and sheets, stains and other peoples hair in the shower still. The carpet is very dirty. The room was incredibly small! There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom! The breakfast was below average. That staff were pleasant enough however, on the first morning were arguing very loudly with each other. To be honest, was incredibly upset and would never book this place again if only the room was a lot cleaner then would’ve been mostly fine!
