Liked: Staff were very pleasant, efficient and friendly.Location was great - about a 4 minute walk from Paddington station and 9 minutes to Hyde Park.Fresh towels every day
Disliked: The hotel and room looked very tired. The shower was difficult to turn on and off (even the staff struggled). There was an issue with the toilet in that overnight or whilst you were out the water turned brownish. There was no independent air conditioning - the radiators came on and off on a timer. There was a free breakfast but after the first two days, we paid for breakfast for the rest of our stay in one of the numerous cafes nearby. I struggle to see how this is a 4 star hotel and although the staff and location were great, if we travel up to London again, we'd probably stay at a Premier Inn which would have worked out nearly half price to what we paid.

Pleasant

Liked: Really friendly staff, comfortable beds and exceptional location (close to Paddington and Hyde Park), tea set in the room
Disliked: The room was quite old and was not kept in good condition (eg. the drawers were not working properly and there was no holder for the shower head).We also saw a mouse once, it showed up from underneath the bed and quickly came back there. It is still a good value for money, but don't expect a 4-star standard.

Liked: Friendly and cordial staff . Clean and well located close to Paddington Station . Bfast super . Sheets clean . Shower strong
Disliked: Nothing i didnt like. I will revisit in fact

Liked: Very easy to find, small but decent and clean room. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean bed to sleep in for a fair price. Not the place for people planning to stay the whole day at the hotel

Liked: Staff were very nice, helping, smiling. I think in the breakfast was less choice. For kids, croissant, pancake, muffin….
Disliked: The sound was coming from the Heating even it was off. Which was so much uncomfortable in the night. 2 honey bees were dead in my room. Breakfast time was so short, I was in my vacation but still have to get so early, difficult for kids, I went to other hotel like Holiday Inn in UK, breakfast time is until 10:30. Check out was so early at 11h. As facilities was not equiliance as I paid.
