Disgusting room, will not be...

Liked: Was incredibly disappointed! Arrived and right away the hotel (including the room! Did not looks no where as good as the photos) got to our room and it was disgusting. There was other peoples hair on the bed and sheets, stains and other peoples hair in the shower still. The carpet is very dirty. The room was incredibly small! There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom! The breakfast was below average. That staff were pleasant enough however, on the first morning were arguing very loudly with each other. To be honest, was incredibly upset and would never book this place again if only the room was a lot cleaner then would’ve been mostly fine!

Liked: Nice place to stay about 20mins via Paddington stn to central London Lancaster gate stn. 10 mins walk away too so nice options we used the big bus tour ticket

Liked: Value for money.
Disliked: My TV remote didnt work very well but I was only there for one night so I didn't speak to the staff. However the staff seemed very helpful and if I had spoken to them, I believe they would have resolved it.

Disliked: The breakfast area was busy, and I had to wait for few minutes.

Liked: Location was good,room was very small,shower was poor and breakfast was poor especially having to wait for someone to vacate a table

Liked: Great location - easy walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Bathroom was extremely small and water took a good 10 minutes to heat up.
