Liked: Location is great. The room is very spacious and family friendly.
Disliked: The onsite parking is very narrow. It is not easy for SUV to park.

Liked: Excellent location. Super convenient to transport options. Our room had lovely views of Hyde Park. Beds were super comfy.
Disliked: Only complaint is it was a little noisy. Our room was close to the lift so we heard nearly everyone on our floor.

Liked: close to the city center and convenient to visit anywhere.
Disliked: staff lack smiles and no gratitude words when checking out.Just said OK as if to say necessary payment was made.

Very good

Liked: We got upgraded to a lovely spacious room with a view over the park. Nice touch to supply a small carton of milk (for us tea-drinkers!). Very close to Museum station.
Disliked: Traffic noise was evident even on the ninth floor, but it did seem to die down in the early hours.
