Great little quirky hotel for...

Liked: Quirky small boutique hotel located on a tree lined street minutes from Hyde Park. Easy walk to Kensington Palace, Oxford Street. Lots of pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Shower area is very small

Excellent accommodation with a prime...

Liked: The accommodation was excellent, the location very close to the metro, restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

My best value for money...

Liked: Location is extremely good, a minute away from tube. Plenty of restaurants, bfast places & convenience shops in the area. Also very close to Hyde Park. Rooms are very clean, shiny new comfortable bathroom, with big shower cubicle. 24hrs reception, very helpful & kind.
Disliked: We had an issue with tv not working but it was sorted as soon as we pointed that out. Old telephones did not work. Rooms are very compact (almost tiny), but that can't be changed really.

I ended up leaving it...

Liked: The hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. It doesn’t even look like a hotel. It’s a guest in, there is no signage on the front.It’s a house and painted really badly, the hairdryer in the room was rusty, everything finished very cheaply. I did not feel safe there
