Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Wonderful and beautiful

Liked: Wonderful Hotel and I was more impressed with the Fabulous Staff. So involved with everything. Going the Extra mile . From the Valet on through to management. Just superb atmosphere and energy.

Disappointing

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: No hot water in shower. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what was available. I've had complimentary breakfasts with far more options at other hotels.

Short staffed caused delays but...

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: They are a little understaffed, so we had to wait over an hour for a room to become available. Also, they ran out of towels and wash cloths during the night. This was an unfortunate experience, however most of the staff was very patient and very willing to try to accommodate us despite the situation they were in. Staffing is always tricky so I do value and appreciate their willingness to help make the situation better.
